Your host, Jo Keers is a Physiotherapist and Clinical Pilates instructor, with over 20 years experience. Jo has taught Clinical Pilates in Sydney, Hong Kong and now in Bellingen. She specializes in the assessment of muscle function and movement patterns that might be causing back pain. Previously a lecturer at the University of Sydney in the School of Physiotherapy, she is now developing a series of instructional DVD’s for back pain sufferers.
